This is it for gunsmithing this year.

First we have a giant BB hopper in the shape of a nightvision scope. The Starlight scope hopper holdes 2000 BBs that feeds into a Hi-cap G3 Magazine. Now all we need is a motorized winder and we can turn this MC51 into the ultimate SAW. Shoot till the motor burn out.

Second is a highly converted Marui M16. This Micro M16 has the butt stock and carry handel removed and the front end is rebuilded and reduced to 6 inches. It uses a mini battery that's fasened to a external pouch. a dot scope is added so you can aim the Micro M16. With a Hi cap magazine, the Micro M16 makes the purfect sidearm.

Well, this is the last message from me this year. See you all next year. Happy holidays.

More Gun smithing. This is a modification of a Sun Project Muzzle Lite with a Marui FA MAS mech unit.

The modification is the addition of a suppressor . There's not much text to this page so just kick back and enjoy the pictures.

Oh, I'm starting a Gun ID page. This will be a page where I'll try to list the different model of airsofts out there past and present. Go check it out.

Gun Smithing is a big thing in Japan and Hong Kong.

Here we have a HK94 carbine that was a Marui MP5A4. It has a long inner barrel used by the AUG that is trimmed to fit the after market outer barrel. In place of the tactical light, a laser is placed in the tactical handguard.

Finishing up the LMG Week.

L86A1 is the Light Squad Weapon version of the L85 Enfield bullpup. A long barrel , a bi-pod, and a rear grip transform the L85 into a L86 LSW. KSK makes the gas airsoft L86A1.

RPK is basically an AK47 with a long barrel, bi-pod, and a heavy stock. It serves as the Squad Automatic Weapon for the Soviet Army. This Airsoft RPK is a modified Marui AK47.

Steyr AUG HBAR is Steyr answer to the SAW. It has a long heavy barrel with a integral bi-pod. It fires from open-bolt with a re-enforced bolt assembly for sustain firing. The Airsoft version is basically a Marui Steyr Aug Special Receiver with a Right heavy Outer Barrel and a TOP drum magazine.

OK, Time for the over due disclaimer. The pictures and infomation I used in bring you the LMGweek is brought to you by the ARMS Magazine. All rights and trade marks belongs to the Magazine publisher and manufactures. If you like what I posted here and would like to read more or see more detail pictures of the LMGs and other airsofts go buy the December issues of the ARMS magazine.

The Browning M1919A6 is the US Army's attempt to give the troops a General Purpose Machine Gun. It is basically a 1919A4 medium machine gun with a shoulder stock, bi-pod, and flash hider attached.

The Airsoft version is made by Garage Gun Works The receiver is made of ABS Plastic and other parts made of metal. It uses the Marushin AEG mech box, the same one used in the UZI.

Oh, I had some time to play with the APS2SV. Read all abou it in TekTok.

MG34 was developed to re-arm the German Army after WW1. It was a refinement of the MG30. The MG34 has a rocking trigger where pressing the top of the trigger produces semi-auto fire and pressing the bottom of the trigger produces full-auto fire.

Asahi Firearms made the full-auto gas airsoft of a MG34 airsoft. The AEG version is made by Nemoto Gun Works. The receiver is made of ABS plastic with many metallic parts. It uses the version 3 mech box with the motor in the pistol grip. The AK battery is located in the butt stock. Inside the 50 round drum ammo box is a Sig550 220 round Hi-Cap. The gun is 1.2 meters long, 250mm tall, and weights 8kg.

12.15.98

The FN MAG is a General Purpose Machine Gun made by FN Herstal. It is a 7.62mm belted machine gun that uses the feed and gas mechanism of the Browning BAR. I guess you can almost call it the son of BAR. It is also the replacement of the M60 series GPMG for the US Army.

The FN MAG airsoft is made by Nemoto Gun Works. It is almost entirely made out of plastic with the stock and carrying handle made out of wood. It uses a modified Marui version 3 mech box and a systema M90 spring. The gun is 1.4meters long, 245mm tall, and weights 5kg.

Week two of the LMG week. This week we start off with the FN M249 Minimi. The Minimi is the Squad Automatic Weapon adopted by the US Army in the 80's. The SAW was the role the BAR was used as in WWII. The Minimi is unique in it's feeding machanism can accept both a 200 round belt and the 30round M16 magazine.

The Airsoft version was first made by Asahi Frearms as a full auto Gas gun. The AEG version is being made by Mephist. The design of this Minimi is based on an earlier version with the metal stock and carring handel. The airsoft spoerts a metal receiver, frame, stock, and outer barrel. It uses a Marui version 2 mech box and a EG700 motor. A large battery and M16 300 round high capacity magazine mechanism with a small motor driving the winding wheel is stuffed inside a 500 round green ammo box. The Minimi is a meter long, 305mm tall(with magazine), and weights 6.8kg.

M9, the K98-3

SigPro

Glock 17

The REAL K98-3 or project number 3 for 1998 turn out to be the M9 Beretta and not the Sig Pro as I first thought it was. The Sig Pro and the new generation Glock 17 are 1999 projects. Read it at KSC's web page, or just go look at the pretty pictures. This news is also partially confirmed by DEN Trinity's 12.06 news.

The Stoner 63 weapon system is another Eugene Stoner's design. The Stoner 63 is not just a weapon, it is a weapon system that consists of several common assembly and parts. The user may pick and choose different parts combination to make an assult rifle, a assault carbine, a belt fed LMG, a box mag LMG, a medium MG, and a mounted MG. Like the M16 it uses the 5.56mm cartridge. It needed meticulus cleaned or it would not work in the field so the Stoner 63 was only used by the SEAL teams (who anally cleaned their weapons) during the Vietnam police action and was not adopted by other armies since.

The Airsoft version is a 800 units limited edition custom made AEG made by KM. The receiver, outer barrels and other parts that are metal on the real steel are also metal in the airsoft version. The KM Stoner M63A1 uses an origional KM designed electric unit. I assume this means the mech box, gears, and piston are not based on the Marui design. It uses the Marui EG700 motor and needs 2 AK batteries to power the gun. What makes this gun unique besides being a Stoner is the magazine system. It's a 1200 round bb magazine hidden inside a soft plastic 200 rd ammo box that is powered by another EG700 motor and a mini-battery. Yes, a motor fed 1200 round magazine system. The gun is a little under 1 meter long, 200 mm tall and weights 3.35kg.

HK21E1 is a light machine gun version of the HKG3. It has heavy PSG Butt Stock and a replaceable barrel and a more robust bolt group. This HK21E1 is a custom job based on the Marui G3 AEG.

Today we have the offspring of the M60. The M60E3 The E3 is an update of the old M60. In addition to shedding unnecessary weight, the E3 also got a improved feed and gas system. Asahi Firearms made the gas version of the E3 which is no longer in production and Top made the AEG version. The Top M60E3 uses the same mech barrel and hop as the M60. However unlike the M60 the E3 contains more metal parts and a mini-battery so it'd fit in the smaller fore grip of the E3. It is a little under a meter long, 256mm high and weights 5kg. It also has a 1200 round magazine that's under the top cover.

Hey, it's Light Machine Gun week here at Billy Bob's. Nothing completes the Rambo look like a LMG. Be the one that everyone either avoids or want to take out first in a game.

Today, we features the workhorse of the US Army. The M-60. The first airsoft M-60 was a gas gun made by Asahi Firearms. This one pictured is an air electric gun made by TOP. Instead of using a Marui base mechanism, the TOP M60 uses a unit base on what Falcon Toys used in their MP5SD3. The Falcon Toys mech unit uses an accordion like air bladder to propel the BBs instead of Cylinder and pistol of Marui. The inner barrel of the M60 is based on one used by marushin and it has a KM design adjustable HOP. The Battery it uses is a 9.6V 1800mAh large battery that fits inside the forgrip. It is 1.1meters long, 220mm High and weights 5.5 kg the magazine is a open reservour that holds 1200 bbs.

Finishing Up on the Custom Guns of the 1998 Vanguard game in Hiroshima.

1. A Sig 552 . Basically a Sig 551 with a short front end. Now THIS is a CQB gun.!

2. A HK51SD. This acturally made the HK51 better looking IMHO.

3. Now this is an interesting gun. It's a Itheca 37 Shotgun on the outside. On the inside it is a Gas Semi-auto Ruger 10/22.

12.03.98

K98-3 or the third project of KSC for the year 1998 is uncovered. The 3rd project of KSC for the 1998 will be the new Sig 2340, the Sig Pro. Acturally it looks like it's too late for 1998 so it should be called the K99-1. Skyfire saw it in an ad on the back of the January GUN Digest and Den Trinity mentioned this in the news section of the site.

More custom guns from the Vanguard game.

First we have a saw off shot gun based on a pump shot gun.

Second, a AK47 with Dragunov style stock and suppressor.

Jackpot at SF Kino book store. They have both Nov. and Dec. issue of GUN and Combat magazines and there are over 2 copies each! They cost around $10 a copy so go and snatch them up before they're all gone.

Her are acouple of custom airsoft guns that was seen at the Vanguard game in Hiroshima .

First is a "Scorpion Custom" build by Origami Special. It is acturally a Marui MP5KA4. Quite amasing custom job. The only place you can tell it was a MP5K is at the magazine and mag well

Second is a Marui SPAS 12 with the Aftermarket power upgrade, a red dot sight and a AUG 330rd box magazine.
